We want you to be completely satisfied with your Mondaine timepiece. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return your unworn watch in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the watch in its original Mondaine presentation box, ensuring all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt for your records.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the watch's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
